2 ladies

Q. What do you mean by Over it?
A. You’re on top of it, your game, life, sunny side up, in the pink, over the rainbow.
Q. What do you mean by Under it?
A. You’re turned 180° upside down, unable to determine which way is up, topsy turvy, in denial that anything’s wrong.

THAT OVER IT FEELING

Q. How does it feel to be over it?
A. Faboo, el besto, delightful, delovely, happy, peaceful, at peace, a  rainbow on your shoulder, the world’s your oyster, you’re the pearl.

THAT UNDER IT FEELING

Q. What’s it feel like to be under it?
A. The worst! Empty, lonely, depressed, bummed out, down and out, out of  it, helpless, hopeless. Color it black!

COULD YOU, THAT’S RIGHT, YOU, BE UNDER IT?

For eyes wide openers…
Is it always something with you...you’re the one who loses: the man/woman, job, apartment, _________ (you name it)

Are you stuck in a relationship that hurts, makes you miserable, is killing you, but anything beats being alone?

Are you only attracted to the bad guys/gals (unavailable, unattainable, rejecting, crazy) while nice, predictable, possible partners turn you off, bore you?

Are your friends, enemies?

Are you addicted to alcohol, food, sex, drugs, pills, shopping, working, sports, collecting, cleaning______________ (you name it)?

Are your relationships getting worse...quality, partners, situations?

Are you sick often... recurring killer colds, headaches from hell, asthma, back attacks, bad stomach, psychosomatic problems?

Are you a sleeper, run for cover, dive, stay under the covers?

Do you work around the clock, over schedule life, leave no time to live?

Do you feel empty...there’s no one home, nothing inside, your worse fear is that someone’s going to discover it?

Have you been down so long it looks like up to you?

 THE RESULTS

The bad news: If you’ve said yes, to one, some, most, all of the above, you’re under it, in varying degrees.

The good news: You can get over it.
